Catalogue products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Raise the request from your account order page or email hello@printxhub.com.

Every part is inspected before dispatch. If something is wrong, we make it right.
Damaged or defective items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We ship a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
Custom and bulk orders
Made-to-order and wholesale production runs are non-returnable, since parts are manufactured to your specification. Manufacturing defects are always replaced free of charge.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching our facility.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost until they enter production. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.
