How we use it
To process orders and payments, produce custom parts, provide delivery updates, respond to support and quote requests, and improve our products and service quality.
Payments
Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment provider. PrintXHub never stores your card numbers or banking credentials on its servers.
Design files
Files you upload for a custom quote are stored privately and used only to evaluate and manufacture your request. We do not resell or publish customer designs.
Sharing
We share data only with logistics partners, payment processors and infrastructure providers required to fulfil your order, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@printxhub.com. Deleting an account does not remove invoices we must retain for tax purposes.
